The Nox Genius 12K Alum XTREM 2027 is an all-round padel racket for advanced and professional players who want a balance between power, control and manoeuvrability. Its teardrop shape gives it a versatile setup, making it suitable for players who move between defence, transition and attack throughout a match.
The racket uses 12K Alum XTREM carbon on the face. Nox has refined the carbon weave to reduce fibre waviness by 50% compared with conventional carbon, creating a more uniform surface while improving stiffness and thermal stability. The aluminised finish is also designed to help maintain a consistent response when temperatures change.
Inside, the MLD Black EVA core combines power on smashes with control on slower shots. The racket also features Dual Spin, which combines a 3D texture with a silica-sand finish to help players generate spin while maintaining control.
One of the key additions for 2027 is the VCS anti-vibration system, designed to reduce the vibration transmitted through the handle. Nox states that the system can reduce vibration peaks reaching the elbow and shoulder by up to 60%.
The Weight Balance system gives you another level of adjustment. You can add 2g or 4g counterweights, with up to 8g in total, allowing you to customise the racket’s balance and feel according to your preference.
