Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier you choose at checkout:

Spanish mainland: 24–48h depending on carrier (Correos, Correos Express or Nacex).
Balearic Islands: approximately 2 business days.
Canary Islands: 3–5 business days.
Portugal and Europe: 1–3 business days depending on carrier (UPS, DHL).
International: 2–7 business days, which may be extended by customs clearance.

No. We only accept returns of products in perfect condition, with original packaging, new and unused. If you believe your racket has a manufacturing defect, contact us to process the warranty claim with the brand.
You will receive the refund via the same payment method used. If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide us with a bank account number. The refund may take 2 to 5 days.
